About Me
Hi, I’m La’Bria Nicole — a digital strategist and creative with a background in design, web, analytics and communications. I’m drawn to work that brings those disciplines together to create experiences that are thoughtful, intuitive and built with purpose.
I currently serve as the Assistant Director of Web & Digital Communications for the University of Tennessee System, where my work spans digital strategy, user experience, analytics, accessibility, content governance and large-scale web initiatives. I’m naturally good at spotting patterns, distilling a lot of information down to the real problem and thinking beyond the immediate solution to what will make sense long term.
Outside of work, I’m always paying attention to the world around me. I love finding interesting pieces while shopping, keeping up with shifts in style and culture, and noticing the colors, textures and details in nature and everyday life. Those observations, along with my own experiences, often shape how I think about creativity, storytelling and what makes something feel distinct.

Let’s Collab!
I’m especially drawn to projects where strategy and creativity need to work together, whether that means helping shape a brand, clarify an idea or create a stronger digital experience.
My approach is simple: understand the real problem, think beyond the immediate need and make every decision intentional.
If you’re working on something that could use a thoughtful creative partner, I’d love to hear about it.
